Vinnie Romano, was born in Naples, Italy.
Being a successful bistro owner, Vinnie wanted to add more interesting food to his menu. He began fishing on the weekends to relax and discovered he was a skilled fisherman. Now Vinnie loves to fry up his catch and serve it to his loyal customers as the special of the day.
The Cat’s Meow Café has become one of the most famous restaurants in the entire Western Region. Vinnie even anticipates the need for another bistro.
